I meant it more like a potential Joker/Miles little doomspawn. Is that unlikely for the two to get together? Why?

Mileses resist mixing "sibling" and "love interest". They resist it especially hard in the direction of "one of me dates someone who is an alt or an alt-component of someone who belongs in my standard sibling lineup". (Nexus to Superluminal was the opposite direction, "one of me acquires a just-this-once sibling who is an alt of another me's love interest", and they are much more okay with that but still don't want me to make a habit of it.)

In one or two continuities, you have a Joker and a Miles who might try magical girl fusion.

If the magical girl thane Koskin JokerSherlock splits up, and then the Joker half goes on to fuse with the magical girl thane Koskin Miles, then for the duration of the fusion you have somebody going around being a JokerMiles. Unless I've misunderstood something?

That's a fusion but it's not a template-blend. And it definitely qualifies as really special circumstances.
