Re: Template Blends/Fusions
Ivan/Edward doesn't work. On some levels it could (he'd be so good at social!) but on others it couldn't (Edwards are picky as fuck about romance, Ivans not so much).
Re: Template Blends/Fusions
Presumably there are some ways around that theme (the betrayal ended up with him trapped in a different world, or you escape to a different world, or he ends up dead before finding you), but yes I see how that theme would be present.Kappa wrote:And then there's what happens when they're betrayed by someone they considered a close friend.
What about “he finds out that it was a misunderstanding and you never really betrayed him”? Presuming that premise is actually true.

They have a pretty high standard of evidence before they'll launch a campaign of vengeance, but yeah, if you can prove to their satisfaction that you didn't do it, they will redirect their anger elsewhere.

Edwards are good at reading people and Ivans are motivated to charm people more often than Edwards are.
Olympian/Kanim, Ivan/Kanim: Similar "who do they followon to" problem.

I'm kinda attempted to do a GrenNick. Gren's bluntness and vague indirection plus Nick's mentally hissing at anything that threatens his personal space or freedom could have... interesting... results.

I have to ask about StevenSteves, just because of the name.
