I'm assuming the mods are reading all of our threads, but to make their lives easier we should centralize all our questions here.

I'll start.

Mekath's power reacts poorly to "targeting from powers within your own faction". Is the Mafia Leader's responsibility for "designating which of your Mafia members (including, if you like, yourself) actually carries out kills" counted as a power here?

Can we submit our night actions in this thread if we choose to instead of PMing you? My only night actions are in jalapeno picks me to be the killer, so I'm mainly asking about that, but other mafia-ish night actions too?

Designating the killer does not count as targeting them for purposes of any powers in this game.

The person carrying out the kill could be the traitor, so who they actually target should be kept between them and the gods. Likewise, any claimed night actions could be lies. You may announce your intentions to your teammates ahead of time, but please submit final decisions privately.

The exception is designating the killer for the night. Since that is confirmed to be exactly what it appears to be, it can happen in-thread and makes things simpler for everyone.

If the traitor is killed, what alignment will be given in the post announcing their death? If they're listed as Mafia publicly, will they be revealed as the traitor to us?

Postmortem reveals are according to the deceased's win condition.

If pistachi0n is the last member of the Mafia left alive, does she automatically lose? Or does her win condition change?

Also, can she protect herself? In canon, the answer is no, but I don't know if that's true here.
