I had a thought! MAybe even a good one for once!
There is a role called a tree stump. A tree stump does not have a vote, but they are still allowed to post in the game thread. If Aestrix thinks it would be fun, what about making her a post restricted tree stump? Maybe she could only post in gestures or she wouldn't be allowed to mention people's names or quote people. or she could only talk about theory or try to herd the cats without naming any of the cats. like arguing against no lynch because it really is a bad play, or arguing against rng because it really is bad would be okay, but saying jalapeno_dude is our leader is not.
but only if she thinks it would be fun and if you guys think it's a good idea.

I will not *actually* post here once I flee, if I flee.
I'd maybe be okay with being a tree stump, I'm genuinely not sure. It would depend very highly on what I was and wasn't allowed to do.
Running off into the night is an appealing option because like, these past few days have been
kind of stressful, I've gained a new found fanatical hatred of RNGs, and Vague Guilt for causing a huge mess with my last post. Bowing out of the game is not Awful Pain Bad, more like curling up and taking a nap. Appealing in some senses, not appealing in others, but overall rather neutral because apparently RNGs are the go-to way to make me actually snap and do something crazy.

that's understandable. i think you should find the least stressful option and go with that. If the option you take does involve you being in the dead player's hangout, I think it would be fair for you to keep viewing access here if you weren't allowed to post. i think that would make things more fun for you and whoever we nightkill tonight.

Yeah, I'm totally fine with Aestrix keeping viewing access here. (I'd also be fine with Alicorn giving dead players in general access to this forum, though I guess Shoal would want to edit out their time zones + scheduling post first.)

my primary concern is googlebot not knowing what timezone i'm in, but i'll edit the post if everyone's memorised what timezone i'm in.

Your glorious leader's divinely inspired suspicions have been confirmed. The traitor confesses, and you all descend upon her to punish her disloyalty. She only narrowly manages to run for the hills, and is not likely to return to share a city with you again. Your identities remain secret.
AESTRIX has been SAVED.

Okay, cool! Thread title has been justified after all.
Are you going to post something in the game/thread, and/or extend the 48 hour deadline?

Yeah, it would be fair if you let the town know in case they're investigating or protecting Aestrix.

Yep, since we're effectively getting a kill for free they should at least be allowed to retarget.
