Yep, it should be. Problem is, I have no idea what license everyone would be okay with. And I don't want to go releasing it under a specific license, because I don't actually own the stuff, and as-is, I'm pretty sure the copyright technically stays as whatever it was, since people have just given me permission to redistribute their work. Well, I think I recognise that license, and as far as I know it's fine!
