He does not understand why these people like him so much. Now there's two of them, even. And they live in different universes. Which means he is always going to be missing a minimum of one person he is atrociously in love with.
Poor Mark. Oh god, imagine if he met and fell in love with a whole group of Aris (Arii? Aripodes?) in Milliways and they all had to go back to their separate universes :(

A group of Ari should be called a "Goofness"

Sorry for my bad english

One of the Effulgent Bells was a Milliways staffperson. The others could become so if they wanted, and they could do this without time passing in their homeworlds even with Jane, because Milliways.

The “what in the” sandbox doesn't seem to be Amounts of Dragon continuity. About when does it break off? Obviously before Aurin meets the miracle workers, but that's not very specific.

It is before the arrival of the miracle workers but not by that much. It uses Amounts characters but is not Amounts continuity.

It occurs to me to wonder whether Aurin’s ended up somewhere in which some of the locals may mistake him for a certain Xander Harris. I suspect the answer is that this version of Sunnydale doesn’t contain a Xander, but it seems worth asking anyway.

Neither of us is particularly interested in writing a Xander.

Which means if there is one here nobody will care enough about the resemblance to actually retrieve him, and probably there isn't one.

The labcoated nerd may ask this, but how is a gravity well defined (I don't want specifics, just generally)? I'm guessing she couldn't teleport to Venus despite being in the Sun's gravity well, but I'm not as sure if she could get to or from the moon if it were stationary w.r.t. the Earth.

My two primary theories are that she can use any gravity well she's in, so that she could teleport to somewhere stationary w.r.t. the Sun, or that she could teleport anywhere if there's a path between A and B without any point with zero gravity. The first would allow teleportation from the Moon to Earth (but not vice versa) while the second would not.

If Flicker holds still, whatever object she will fall towards or be gravitationally stuck to on a shortish time scale is the object she must travel relative to and stay within the pull of. When she's on Earth, she can't get off Earth or far up enough in the atmosphere that she wouldn't start falling back down to it. If she were on the moon, same with the moon. If she were floating in space, she could go much farther, but she'd still travel to absolute locations, which would make it very easy to get lost.

After having omnomnommed ~90% of Effulgence, I'm interested in Glowficcing. Sandboxen appear to be where most of the current glowfic writing is occurring. How can I go about arranging a thread/box with someone? I am uncertain as to which things might be open.

(And on a almost-total tangent: 'Eva Alicorn' anagrams to 'Nova Eclair.' Alas, no such luck with anyone else's names so far.)
