I had to read your tumblr post to know what this question meant, but having done so: Bells have introspective superpowers. They can do the introspective/self-hacking tricks that I can do, only better, more reliably, and across more domains (but by a smaller increase than you might think).

That scene was actually one of the less-remarkable feats of introspection Bella pulled, to me, because while I don't have anywhere near the introspective power of Alicorn, much less Bella, one of the feats of introspection I have worked was on my own "pining triggers", as it were. It took me a lot more effort and trial and error than it apparently took Bella, but I am now fairly proficient at recognizing when I'm likely to start pining and nip it in the bud if I choose to. So, what I'm saying is that that sort of thing is totally doable even for non-superhumanly-introspective people and is probably the sort of thing you could learn how to do and I recommend reading Alicorn's writing on the topic if it's something you want to do.

Aurora thread titles are made up as though they are poorly composed English phrases from a magical girl anime, but they don't actually spend time being in any other languages, as far as I know.

Kappa's right, they're composed in English intended to sound like badly translated Japanese but without actually being so.
