I may have some sort of mysterious knack for getting people to picture characters accurately. The cover artist for Silver did the same "that was exactly the face I was picturing" thing when I directed her to Mia Wasikowska as Ehail.

Still, I remember recognizing the actor but not remembering the name

I think that Kim Bum as Lee Gook-soo in Padam Padam would make an excellent Korean Joker (especially a Korean Angel Joker, if you happen to need another Angel Joker). Evidence in the form of links so as not to clutter up the board:

:D I'm glad you agree! I may have spent several hours yesterday trawling through every Padam Padam screencap and gifset I could find, looking for pictures of him. In fact, I may have just sent you a .rar of such pictures from my Dropbox! Hopefully they can be used to create a good icon set. If not, well. It's quite possible that I would be very happy to find a high quality version of the show to watch and capture stills from as needed :D
