The admin cares about all impermanence, she just isn't highly motivated to seek out new universes and link them to her domain.

And I suppose she prefers to sit in her tower than the breakroom. Did she at one point say she was actually more comfortable in her domain? Even if she isn’t, there’s whatever she does with most of her time (which she refuses to discuss and which I have a sneaking suspicion is “nothing”) which if might be easier in her domain.

I was mostly thinking she would sit in the breakroom, and when other BEEs came in without satisfactory afterlives she would ask if she could connect them.

Speaking of “satisfactory afterlives”, she couldn’t connect to Alethia, even though the Alethiometer said sometimes shades could permanently disappear (I haven’t gotten to the relevant place in HDM, if that’s in canon, so there’s a small chance I misunderstood and a slightly larger chance I misremember). Even if the people really were permanent, couldn’t she connect Downside to Alethia for objects?

Alethian shades do not disappear as we have construed them, and we ruled that the Alethian, Syntropic, and Materian afterlives all block the admin's interference.

I wasn’t even imagining Materia would have a chance, but I am surprised that she can’t connect to those but could connect to Ari’s world. If you don’t mind me asking, is there a specific feature of those worlds that Ari’s lacks, or was a lot of that decision from Alicorn and Kappa decided to abandon it in this sandbox, or what?

We made a decision in Effulgence that (most/many - I don't remember if we were firm about 'all') places with preexisting afterlives blocked the admin. In the Ari sandbox, I decided differently.

How does BEEness interact with worldsheafs? Because if worldsheafs get one for the entire sheaf, I kind of feel like Amariah could end up as the Alethia worldsheaf's BEE (assuming there is not an actual god holding that position), on account of "took over the afterlife".

That is the general sort of thing that might qualify one, but it need not do so on any specific schedule, nor is it a guarantee.

In practical terms, does that translate to “we have not decided if or when to do make Amariah a BEE in this specific case”, “we know our plans for Amariah but we don’t want to be tied to the same answers for similar cases”, or something else?

In extradiagetic terms we have no plans for Amariah BEEing and are also uncommitted to any applicable general rules.
