I second Time Braid (though yes, YMMV. Heavy D/s and light, passed-over sex, but you might find them gratuitous and unpleasant) and recommended With This Ring a while back, which I cannot actually repeat too much. I also found this Slytherin!Hermione story recently, which yall might like.

EDIT: Also, The Fall of Doc Future and its sequel Skybreaker's Call, but that's general fic, not actual fanfic.
