So, I am curious about some informations/events in the Chalk thread. How many are done for the sandbox and how many are future plot points for Elcenia.

I know that the dragons-created-sentient-life-through-the-magic-of-bestiality is true, but was that going to be disclosed in the some story? How about the rat-people? are they plot relevant?

The rat people are in fact lemming people.

There is a distant-future plot about the lemming people, who are called arvi and are very very cute. They are the likely first point at which the dragon thing will come up in the Elcenia novels, and it won't happen for a while yet. (Specifically, their introduction is independent of practically all other plot points, so it is likely to wait until I've hacked my way through the nest of spaghetti that is Elcenia's Interdependent Events.)

I assumed that Mallyn was somehow related to it because dragons.

Mallyn is sort of related to it in the sense that the person who discovers the arvi dates a friend of his from school for a while, but it's not going to come up during Siaddaki.

Part of me wants more details, Other part of me wants to know nothing more, and another part of me is amused at the two other parts. It is an interesting day in the parliament of Thiago's mind.
