Again mentioning the Elder Wand: it was not destroyed in the books. Harry planned to return it to Dumbledore’s grave in the morning, declared his intention to go to bed, and then cut to the Epilogue (which I assume you’re ignoring). Obviously nobell can get ahold of it (and be recognized as its wielder; it would probably be only slightly better than the chimera wand for somebody who doesn’t win it), but unless you need it destroyed it seems to make more sense as a random myth that most people haven’t heard of and mostly only those really into wandlore believe.

I'm not quite sure why you say that you can’t give a Bell access to the RoR. Maybe we’re imagining it at vastly different power levels. To me, it’s an Unplottable room with things in it that are at most minorly magical and contain no new information or unique objects. It could probably make Gobstones, maybe it could make enough models of the galaxy (PoA ch 4) that none of the students need take Astronomy, but certainly no brooms, wands, Mona Lisas, or even a map to anything that the Four-Point Spell can’t find. I suppose it could be a helpful supplement to the Hogwarts library?

I think it was ruled upthread that it's generally HPMOR or book canon except that the wand is broken?

You can definitely get new information out of the RoR; it has Defense books on the shelves and I doubt they were all ones Hermione had read. It seems to be at least as good as Demon Cam on that front, and his book-creating powers were a big deal in the sandbox with Giles. It could also give, say, unlimited duplicates of everything from Weasley's Wizard Wheezes—those are only minorly magical but some are really useful.

Start by picturing how much you could do with as much free anything as you can carry out of a room, then add magic.

It had defense books, but I assumed that Hermione had at least heard of all of them and would be able to find copies. And I was thinking that, unlike demons, it wouldn’t be able to produce anything on this list (although now I’d like to see a Cam in an unsuspecting world mail copies of all those books to a dozen museums and libraries). And Shield Hats are easy to make, but I somewhat doubt it could make the Patented Daydream Charms; the only magical things we’ve seen it make are generic.

I am picturing what I could do with roomsful of free stuff, but I’m calling magic a baseline and subtracting it out. When there’s a spell with the incantation (or maybe just name) Inanimatus Conjurus that every Hogwarts student learns about (in fifth year), roomsful of free stuff becomes much less impressive.
