For the Steven you're looking for, maybe Farhan Akhtar? I found a fan tumblr (contains gifs also) (http://fuckyeahfarhanakhtar.tumblr.com/ ) and he shows up on Google, but I'm not seeing any pre-made icons of him
and I'm not sure if he makes the right faces either, sorry
=(

I recently encountered pictures of Rick Mora and thought he might be Bellish:

Pros: Pretty! Has ovalish face with jaw+chin, and no beard.
Cons: Not sure if he can do the eyebrow thing (second pic is closest I found :/). Hard to find pics of, especially in the right age range. Possibly shirtless more than typical Bells.

That guy is not a Joker, although he does kind of resemble a few actual Joker PBs. XD Perhaps I should scoop him.

By all means, scoop him if you have a use for him!

Some other random facecast suggestions:
Tumblr was suggesting that Jessica Strother would make a good Hermione, but she looks more like a Robin to me.
Jimmy Jean-Louis looks kindof like a Chelsea to me.

Hermione is the template that is Minnie the ghost from Sunshine and also the lady in waiting to Zoyah, the Soph in Thalassa.

I think Chelseas decline to come in boy, although if they did he'd be an interesting choice.

The facecast that picture is yoinked from is of Hermione Granger, but "Hermione" is also used as a name for a Minnie in Thalassa, yes.
