Re: Canons List
By that constraint, I ought to write more than ten settings and they just ought to be really nice cotton candy ones.

Re: Canons List
Hahahahahaha.
I mean, in this hypothetical you presumably have access to infinite capacity to write as much cotton candy as you want, in collaboration with an arbitrary number of Kappas, so the question of which ten settings you would pick as your ineffective writing where you are still allowed to be mean remains.

Re: Canons List
Oh, I thought this was cumulative. If I get to pick which ten settings are ineffectual...
Wait, how does this interact with things being fanfic?

Re: Canons List
Like, if I write canon-compliant fanfic, am I causing things or is that all on the author of the canon?

Re: Canons List
You have the magical power that whatever you write comes true in some universe, regardless of the source of your ideas, except for ten settings of your choice. (I have the same power and am using it to generate large quantities of Jokers.)

Re: Canons List
I think I would take having this power extremely seriously and would not get around to writing any Designated Fiction for a while until well after my trial for crimes against humanity was resolved and I had my living situation handled after the part where I accidentally fell into a previously fictional universe.
And I'd be worried about making continuity errors and accidentally forking a universe.

I disagree. Reality Warping is Serious Business.

This discussion has been highly educational for me on why Spacebattles' standardization of the Random Omnipotent Being as the default cause of this sort of hypothetical scenario was such a brilliant idea.
