Alternative Book Formats

If it's germane, yet doesn't fit into another category, it can go here.

Possibly useful fact: There's a free tool, Calibre, that does a pretty good job of converting between (lots of different) ebook formats. The output sometimes needs some tweaking to be Just Right, but it's usually pretty good.

Yes, I was considering suggesting Calibre earlier, but didn't because it seemed Anya was on things. I have successfully used Calibre to switch a variety of ebook formats, as well as PDF, to MOBI. I converted one .doc once and the reformatting was a huge pain (it was a song book so there were hundreds of links in the TOC leading to individual songs), but it is also doable.

Sorry, have been hella busy this weekend. I hope to do the majority of it tomorrow and be done by Friday at the latest, though I suppose it might be Thursday in other parts of the world. 'straya!
