Does Elspeth's power work over phones?
Can people listening to Elspeth (Luminosity/Radiance) on a phone tell when she's telling the truth? For some reason I'd thought this had come up somewhere in Radiance and the answer was yes, but it's been sufficiently long that I can't find the reference, if it exists, and now I'm not sure whether it does or doesn't.
