Question for you guys, should I include AUSJ blogs on this list (with the author's permission) if, as far as I know, they aren't otherwise involved in glowfic?

Yes. (I'm also not at all sure why you would need to secure author permission but that's separate.)

Some people keep separate online identities and don’t like them mixed, although that could be accomplished by listing them without attached names. I can’t imagine somebody running an AUSJ blog they didn’t want in an index even anonymous, but I do understand defaulting to asking permission.
