What are the canons for basket and pond?

Are the Samaria parts of Effulgence informed at all by The Alleluia Files? For example, Alleluia and Caleb having children was not mentioned in any of the other four books (not having happened yet), but is before the apparent point of divergence of Effulgence (although there are some changes earlier, like the Effulgence version having no non-humans).

Basket and pond (which were in the same universe but hadn't met yet) are same as Katie's canon in Effulgence, a series of mediocre YA fantasy novels by Aprilynne Pike.
I don't think I'm actually committed to glowfic Samaria lacking nonhumans? Just that the nonhumans were subject to the same conditions of warfare as everyone else. I didn't look through the Alleluia Files to check how many children they were supposed to have or anything but facts in AF inform my background feel of the 'verse.
