Summary, from name-brand version of thread:

In this thread pick any two characters I have ever written ("Meow the catbird and Guiding Star", "Shula and Kiri", "Meea and Elspeth", whatever, examples not selected for likely entertainment value) and I will write a few lines they might exchange (either them being introduced, or, if it's more fun, a brief conversation in a Total Context Void with or without Mysteriously Sourced Information in the mix).

(Note that Alicorn is not in fact participating in this iteration!)

Also metamancer Kaede and Sparkles has in fact happened. Sparkles mated on them. It was cute.

I was thinking a scenario of “saw the interesting foreign magic”, but that might be hard to put into a conversation.

Adelene: Rescue and Deviskaryl.

Pedro: Glam (while rogue-ing it up) and Metamancer!Kaede, on public perception. Glam and Sparkles, for sheer "who has the awesomer powerset".

(I, uh, tried to get them to talk about that but this is what happened instead:)
Glam: is flying.
Kaede: "...how are you doing that."
Glam, smug: "It's my power. I can make anything, even a flying suit."
Kaede: "But it's not magic."
Glam: "...for what definition of magic?"
Kaede: "It's not magic. Stop doing that. It's distressing."
Glam: ...lands.
Kaede: "Thank you. Now tell me all about it."
(And after nerding it up and figuring the whole "alts" thing out:)
Glam: "Wow. That's stupid."
Kaede: "I know. I'm jealous, to be honest, your thing is so much more my speed."
Glam: "Yeah, working in secret must suck, I'm sorry."
(And then they make out.)

(As for Sparkles you presumably mean depressed Sparkles in which case, uh...)
Glam: "...um. Are you alright."
Sparkles: "No."
Glam: "Do you want a hug?"
Sparkles: "No. How do I fix this place?"

...mostly unrelatedly: has some part of Lighthouse I haven't read yet featured separated-from-their-many-mates-Sparkles meeting an alt of a (non-them) mate (preferably a face-matching alt), because I am suddenly very curious about Exactly How Depressing that would be.
