Yes. Sindri, a Miles, will always default to meaning 'your place of birth' when saying 'your country' unless he knows something about the person he is addressing that makes something else a better-fit meaning, and 'currently living in Technically Nonrandom Rural Location, Canada' does not constitute such knowledge.
