I am curious how much about brazilian history did alicorn know beforehand. It's not obvious to me if most people know that the Portuguese royal family emigrated to Brazil because of Napoleon.

I did not know thst and I believe most other people also did not. I also didn’t know if anything had happened to them when they got there.

I literally figured out what year it was, looked at the Wikipedia article for that year, and picked an event. (They did not die of tropical illnesses in canon, uh, I mean, reality, far as I read.)
