The Glowfic Constellation
Re: The Glowfic Constellation
If I've hidden the warnings for a thread and then the authors add more warnings, does it show them to me? I think it should.
Re: The Glowfic Constellation
It does not at present but I think it's a reasonably easy change.
Re: The Glowfic Constellation
...it doesn't?
Bug report: sometimes a thread's warnings will become unhidden for no apparent reason.

Two things offhand that would do it:
- You read in logged out mode and have closed your browser
- You have marked the thread unread, which resets it
I'd have to go looking for others.

It may also be that I'm noticing when threads that didn't originally have any warnings get them or something, I haven't been paying that much attention to the phenomenon.

Re: The Glowfic Constellation
I personally only add warnings to my threads once they become relevant, e.g. explicit threads aren't marked so until the explicitness shows up.
Re: The Glowfic Constellation
I attempted a rtf/html improvement. Please report back.
Re: The Glowfic Constellation
It's now mysteriously defaulting to html for me, even though I have it set to default to rich text (yes, I double-checked).
Re: The Glowfic Constellation
When I load the page with the HTML editor as default, it throws an error in console but doesn't seem to break anything.
If I load it with RTF editor as default, it loads properly in Chrome, but then switching to the HTML editor means I can't switch back.
Edit: It also defaults to the HTML editor for me, even when the Rich Text is my default, in Firefox.

Aha. Yes, I'm in Firefox also.
