Sandbox notion:
Serik Tanaikon sitting in Milliways with a sign that says something along the lines of I am a near-omnipotent sorcerer who must feed on the pain of others to survive. Willing to trade favours.
(If he came to Milliways and then his door vanished and cut him off from his existing victims, I think he'd still need to keep feeding his magic because it's as much in him directly as it is in the mountain.)

That sounds like a win condition for Sauron.

Re: Sandboxing Prompts
I expect Milliways would usually be polite enough to pause the impending disaster while he was there, but not if he went into somebody else’s world, on the same principle as pausing momentum. Of course with Milliways there’s enough wiggle room for needs-of-the-sandbox.

It could pause the impending disaster if I wanted it to, but not pausing the impending disaster is much more fun.
Re: Sandboxing Prompts
Also, I could imagine it refusing to pause the disaster if the magic is in a meaningful sense part of him, á la Kirovalin.

Yeah, that's approximately my line of thinking.

No Questions Elf Fëanorians
I feel like they could actually exist there, with varying degrees of success. I imagine Fëanáro would just be occasionally very rude and usually very direct in his hinting, Maitimo would have no trouble for his part but a bigger headache than usual interfacing between his family and the rest of society, and the rest somewhere in between.

I actually think that the place to put Feanorians if you're going to put Feanorians in Thilanushinyel is Armethalieh before the first trilogy. It played out remarkably like Valinor in a lot of ways.
