No, not for me, for armokGoB of this thread. He's concerned he will descend into constant tagging to the point of affecting his life so I'm going to help ration him. If you see me tagging him during an odd numbered hour, Pacific time - e.g. at 9:45 or at 11:20 - and you can get in reasonably quick contact with me, remind me to leave him be until the turn to an even numbered hour.

This system is being replaced with an attempt at "commonsense" rationing for the time being; outside policing is no longer required.
