What’s the reference for Eos floating alone on a layer where Milliways is absurdly connected?

Would it be possible for Loki!Bell to develop useful spells while deliberately avoiding part of the alphabet? I imagine it would never happen by chance that a spell was missing a symbol. Even the least frequent symbol (assuming a Zipf’s Law distribution) would occur once every couple tens of thousands.

Avoiding a symbol would be substantially harder and more creatively limiting than writing a novel without the letter E. It is not impossible but it would increase development time by a factor of at least five and the spell would be worse.

That makes sense

The phrase “floats alone”, as in Stella’s v2 profile, does not appear at all in Effulgence proper (according to Calibre’s search feature).

Alicorn, could you elaborate on that comment? I’m not sure what this would be; what does Eos have that no other (known?) world does?
