Is Raxwell caught up to Peal Time? Does it have a more complex status than “waiting for Glass to be ready to receive visitors”?

Raxwell is almost but not quite inextricably caught up to Peal Time and that's basically what it's waiting for.

The peal in general will definitely react to Pen's adventure and the resulting newly decked Joker and the Libby.

Fair enough. Different idea: Can you retcon Pen's adventure to slightly after the next set of pealings occur, instead of slightly before it? I'd imagine pealing, say, T'Mir, won't shake things up to such a degree that Pen won't be able to walk through a door by herself afterwards. This would let you proceed a little bit with peal adventures without having to sacrifice Pen's story.

This would have been a good idea before the part where Pen identifies the existing Bells and Jokers for Cindy.

What if that section in particular (I assume Effulgence in its entirety is too big, correct me if I'm wrong) is put on the constellation and I help find all the things you'd need to correct?
