Libby probably depends what aspect you're focusing on. Narnia one isn't a terrible one for a lot of things, but probably misses some of the standard Earth backstory pieces.

Sherlock: the Sunnyverse section of Effulgence, first post here, second post here introduces the Sherlock.

Joker: gosh how do I even pick. Maybe in which Teah? Alternatively, the lost-Pen section of Effulgence, starting here.

Admin: I seem to remember a thread in which Adarin encountered an accidentally-summoned Admin, but I can't seem to track it down, so possibly I hallucinated it.

For Mileses I'm thinking Amounts of Dragon for an extra-Miles-y Miles or League for a bunch of Mileses all together with a Mark commenting on them.

Ooh, the lost Pen section of Effulgence is a good one for Jokers.

Sunnyverse Effulgence is good for Minuses, but Minuses are an atypical flavour of Sherlock, hmm...

Yeah, I tried to read League before I had Mileses straightened out in my head and found it confusing and overwhelming. (Also, like, Marks are really overwhelming if you haven't even got Mileses figured out yet; Solveis even more so.)
