Thoughts: A necessary condition appears to be that all digits are at the end. A sufficient condition appears to be the absence of digits. The letters do matter in some way. Throne seems to have a hypothesis for how

Proposed rule change: you cannot propose more koans (even with none of yours outstanding) unless somebody else has made proposals or gotten answered since you last proposed some. Or some other turn compromise.
