Did I miss something there? Is it just aesthetic?

I would guess it is because MaggieOfTheOwls changed her keyboard layout to something that could type accents better and did not notice it broke some punctuation.

Marri, would it be possible for you to fix her recent posts if she confirms this was unintentional?

Her posts for a while used diareses as quotation marks and backticks as apostrophes.

It is a bit difficult and distracting to read, but I don’t think it causes any problems. I asked you because it’s probably much easier for you to fix than for her.

That was totally unintentional! My laptop's charger cable broke so I was borrowing someone else's laptop until I got a replacement.

In Silmaril, will Holly, Crystal, Book, or Lightning show up on the way to Gem? Will they meet anyone else? Troportation would be useful; I bet it could solve the problem of unbound spirit animals relatively easily.

No it couldn't, you have to touch things to troport them. Undecided on whether Holly &c will appear.

I find myself wondering about gluing hexes together. Like if you were close to a fully general medical installation, but couldn't quite make it fit, could you make a general diagnostic installation, then the next day a medical installation that just acts on the output of the diagnostic one?
