@jalapeno_dude
1. "Most likely to react badly to finding out they are fictional characters in a Dreamwidth RP"
They would all be guaranteed to react badly to this. There is no variance in likelihood.
2-5:
Do you want me to factor in cultural availability of the concept of fanfic/slashfic? Are we including femslash in the umbrella of "slashfic", because if we are I can tell you the lesbians are gonna top the list?
6. "level of provocation necessary to prompt them to kill somebody while in a state of meaningful uncertainty about the afterlife"
From trigger-happiest to least so, for a fuzzy value of "provocation" that in some cases includes "belonging to a particular species", with me doing my best to correct somewhat for the factor where one who has already in fact killed somebody is likelier to be able to do it again and some of these Bells spent very little time in states of meaningful uncertainty:
Butterfly
Unnicknamed Phaeton Bell
Cayra
Aegis, Juliet
Amariah (Dreamer)
Shell Bell
Ice
Golden
Rose
Etty
Lorica
Chi
(undifferentiated middle of the pack)
Angela
Cam
Rapunzel
Eve, Spring
Clarity

Re: I Will Arrange Bells On Spectrums
Hair length (this is how long they keep it on purpose and does not necessarily reflect the frequency of haircuts):
Rapunzel
Phoenix
Rose
Eve
Amariah, Ice
Chi
(undifferentiated middle of the pack)
Loki
Golden
Cymbeline
Revelation
Cam
Promiscuity/polyfriendliness (I have a column for this in the spreadsheet, which I've just updated, but not everybell is filled in yet because some of them haven't developed to this point or evinced interests; also, these numbers are not guaranteed to be stable given Bell editability, for instance Sarion used to be a 1. Note that all Bells are capable of monogamy themselves if desired and most prefer it; they just keep winding up with poly partners in Effulgence - in Incandescence these numbers matter much less because Adarins are monogamously inclined too):
0 (none): Golden; sort of Stormy by default
1 (can tolerate nonmonogamous partner given some "concession" after thinking about it, or are never called upon to do this and have zero independent nonmonogamous inclinations): Etty, T'Mir, Phix, Aurora, Kiri, Cymbeline
2 (easily tolerate nonmonogamous partner after some thought, typically do not acquire additional partners of their own): Aether, Eve, Rapunzel, Angela, Aegis, Rose, Pattern, Juliet, Chi, Ice, Flicker
3 (easily tolerate nonmonogamous partner after some thought, may seek outside partners if convenient): Sarion, Iobel, Revelation, Stella, Maurabel, Tab
4 (comfortable in primary position in an open triad-or-larger setup, not especially likely to seek outside partners - this is a weird spot on the spectrum but I'm calling it 4): Cayra, Phoenix, Glass, Shell Bell
5 (as slutty as it gets): Cam (Cooper), Promise, Loki, Amariah (Dreamer)
Rapunzel
Phoenix
Rose
Eve
Amariah, Ice
Chi

Loki
Golden

What gets people to post on this forum, from most to least:
1. Offers by writers to produce meta
2. Meta
3. New writing
What this says about us, I don't know.

Re: I Will Arrange Bells On Spectrums
I think it says that people on this forum are keen on author interaction and meta. XD
edit: Should I offer to do this for various of my templates somewhere? I can't promise that they will all be readily sortable, but it seems like fun.

You should, and while you're at it, you totally should sort all Jokers by the terribleness of their back stories.
I am number 63. I'm also ESL, please don't eat me.

Re: I Will Arrange Bells On Spectrums
Could you elaborate on the particular type of bad reaction this would get? They would all be guaranteed to react badly to this. There is no variance in likelihood.
No. Or, in more detail, if that particular Bell grew up today IRL, how likely would they be to do these things?Do you want me to factor in cultural availability of the concept of fanfic/slashfic?
Yes.Are we including femslash in the umbrella of "slashfic", because if we are I can tell you the lesbians are gonna top the list?

Re: I Will Arrange Bells On Spectrums
introversion/extroversion (from most extroverted to least):
Cayra
Kiri
Aurora, Flicker
Butterfly
Cymbeline
Shell Bell
Angela
(undifferentiated middle of the pack)
Stormy
Loki
Rapunzel
kinsey scale: I don't properly understand the actual Kinsey scale, so here are all the Bells' sexualities by how I'm categorizing them. As with promiscuity I don't have this data on everybell yet. The monosexual Bells are not rigidly monosexual enough to rule out appropriately shaped Jokers or other nonbinaries if everything else is lined up right.
Asexual: Stormy only so far.
Just plain no-frills straight how boring: Promise, Cayra, Iobel, Revelation except in certain sandboxes, Stella, Maurabel, Tab, Aether, Rapunzel, Sarion, Angela, Aegis, Rose, Pattern, Juliet, Chi, T'Mir, Aurora, Kiri, Cymbeline, Phix, Ara, Katie, unnicknamed Phaeton Bell, Izzy, Ace, Mira, Lorica, Summer, River, Sprite, Sierra
Mostly straight: Amariah (Dreamer), Ice, Loki, Shell Bell, Golden. The witches have daemon-related fuzziness around caring about gender (though Dreamer's sees more play than Ice's). Loki is basically straight but will try anything once, on a per-person accounting of "once". Shell Bell has her one exception with its interesting history. Golden was just plain straight but now might as well be described as Edwardsexual.
Noticeably not entirely straight, marked in sheet as "bicurious": Eve, Butterfly, East. Basically these people could carve out exceptions to their straightness similar to the above category without needing any special setup/circumstances/etc. but are mostly going to find their heads turned on the street by the opposite sex.
Outright bisexual: Cam (Cooper), Phoenix, Lailah.
Gay: Flicker, Gem, Etty, Glass.
ability to tolerate spicy food: Most spice tolerance to least.
Chi
Kiri
Juliet
Shell Bell
Spring
(middle of the pack)
T'Mir
Loki
(anybell from a vaguely medieval Europeanish culture before the intercontinental spice trade really took off)
Clarity
Golden on a technicality
typing wpm: I'm including only Bells who have ever in fact learned to type. Ones who never see computers before they peal don't pick it up, they just text-brainphone to Jane.
Golden
Aegis
Flicker
Chi (adjusted for language and chordpress)
Tab, T'Mir
(middle of the pack)
Ace
Amariah (Dreamer), Ice
Phoenix, Eve
Cayra
Kiri
Aurora, Flicker
Butterfly
Cymbeline
Shell Bell
Angela

Re: I Will Arrange Bells On Spectrums
hubris... is really hard to arrange on a scale. They have all the same theoretical hubris and different levels of caution and different obstacles but I don't think they actually meaningfully differ here unless I misunderstand what you're asking.
favourite colour (on a scale of infrared - red - orange- yellow - green - blue - indigo - violet - ultraviolet) Most Bells don't have favorite colors more than "I guess I better pick a stock answer for this question" (though I can give you that, if you want). Juliet's indigo is the only one that's really intruded on my notice. Some of the ones that have noted favorite colors are not rainbow colors (Cam's silver, for instance).
shininess, if that comes in scales: It doesn't, there's shiny and there's not-as-shiny and there is not-shiny. No Bells are at all shiny at this time.
handedness (I guess like the Kinsey scale, with 1 being completely left handed and right hand not working at all and 7 being completely right handed etc and 4 being perfectly ambidextrous and and 2 would be "my right hand works a little" and 3 would be "i can use them both okay but left is better" and 5 and 6 the mirror images of those: All Bells are right handed except Golden (ambidextrous post-turning), Aegis (ambidextrous in exo or post-wish) and Lorica (likewise in full kit) and Clarity (who has no hands). Are you asking about how much they've worked on being able to do things with their off-hands?
ability to tolerate social niceties: You're going to need to elaborate on this question or all I can give you is "for any definition Aegis probably loses only to Cayra".

Re: I Will Arrange Bells On Spectrums
Supervillainy: The coalition of nonsupervillain Bells are reluctant to declare any feasible Bell trajectory "supervillainy".
Nervousness, most to least:
Butterfly
Unnicknamed Phaeton Bell
Shell Bell, Etty
Phoenix
Kiri, Maurabel
Iobel
(middle of the pack)
Clarity
Rose, Tab
Aegis, Spring
Glass
Revelation
