From trigger-happiest to least so, for a fuzzy value of "provocation" that in some cases includes "belonging to a particular species", with me doing my best to correct somewhat for the factor where one who has already in fact killed somebody is likelier to be able to do it again and some of these Bells spent very little time in states of meaningful uncertainty:

kinsey scale: I don't properly understand the actual Kinsey scale, so here are all the Bells' sexualities by how I'm categorizing them. As with promiscuity I don't have this data on everybell yet. The monosexual Bells are not rigidly monosexual enough to rule out appropriately shaped Jokers or other nonbinaries if everything else is lined up right.

Asexual: Stormy only so far.
Just plain no-frills straight how boring: Promise, Cayra, Iobel, Revelation except in certain sandboxes, Stella, Maurabel, Tab, Aether, Rapunzel, Sarion, Angela, Aegis, Rose, Pattern, Juliet, Chi, T'Mir, Aurora, Kiri, Cymbeline, Phix, Ara, Katie, unnicknamed Phaeton Bell, Izzy, Ace, Mira, Lorica, Summer, River, Sprite, Sierra
Mostly straight: Amariah (Dreamer), Ice, Loki, Shell Bell, Golden. The witches have daemon-related fuzziness around caring about gender (though Dreamer's sees more play than Ice's). Loki is basically straight but will try anything once, on a per-person accounting of "once". Shell Bell has her one exception with its interesting history. Golden was just plain straight but now might as well be described as Edwardsexual.
Noticeably not entirely straight, marked in sheet as "bicurious": Eve, Butterfly, East. Basically these people could carve out exceptions to their straightness similar to the above category without needing any special setup/circumstances/etc. but are mostly going to find their heads turned on the street by the opposite sex.
Outright bisexual: Cam (Cooper), Phoenix, Lailah.
Gay: Flicker, Gem, Etty, Glass.

hubris... is really hard to arrange on a scale. They have all the same theoretical hubris and different levels of caution and different obstacles but I don't think they actually meaningfully differ here unless I misunderstand what you're asking.

favourite colour (on a scale of infrared - red - orange- yellow - green - blue - indigo - violet - ultraviolet) Most Bells don't have favorite colors more than "I guess I better pick a stock answer for this question" (though I can give you that, if you want). Juliet's indigo is the only one that's really intruded on my notice. Some of the ones that have noted favorite colors are not rainbow colors (Cam's silver, for instance).

shininess, if that comes in scales: It doesn't, there's shiny and there's not-as-shiny and there is not-shiny. No Bells are at all shiny at this time.

handedness (I guess like the Kinsey scale, with 1 being completely left handed and right hand not working at all and 7 being completely right handed etc and 4 being perfectly ambidextrous and and 2 would be "my right hand works a little" and 3 would be "i can use them both okay but left is better" and 5 and 6 the mirror images of those: All Bells are right handed except Golden (ambidextrous post-turning), Aegis (ambidextrous in exo or post-wish) and Lorica (likewise in full kit) and Clarity (who has no hands). Are you asking about how much they've worked on being able to do things with their off-hands?

ability to tolerate social niceties: You're going to need to elaborate on this question or all I can give you is "for any definition Aegis probably loses only to Cayra".
