In Incandescence specifically they do not interact at all with Daevinity’s afterlives and get whatever they otherwise would. In Silmaril they turn up as daeva if they are not elves, but what happens to various flavors of elf?

In Silmaril it's only established that they turn up as daeva if they are not elves and are from within one step of the daeva worlds (which Space Arda is). ...Actually I'm not even sure we've had any elf summoners die.

I am pretty sure he had not summoned, and anyway his chip was still intact until he was uploaded. I think you are right that no Elven summoners have died.

So in defy your limitations the thing about minds seems to be that they are intact and refuse to run. Is there a physical reason for that or is this ironically the only magical thing demons can make?

Well, demons can make, like, wings and tails and stuff, which are magical while attached to a demon.
