I think the problem with pineapple pizza is that some tomato sauces really don't go well with it. Tomatoes don't agree with me to begin with, though, so, like, pineapple/chicken/black olive/ranch dressing: yes.

I always thought the problem a lot of people had with pineapple pizza was something about mixing sweet and savory or something. If some people think that pineapple and tomato sauce is the specific bad combination in pizza, especially if it’s only some tomato sauces, that makes more sense.

In any case, I find that I like it, so I have pineapple on my pizza.

Pineapple pizza is best with thick white cheese and mixes terribly with garlic crust.
It however, will always be my favorite pizza.
