By “accepting” do you mean “open to proposals for”? Seems oddly put.

I noticed that continuities weren't in any neat place (after looking at the new Silmaril index, seeing where it pointed and that that thing was very outdated), and so decided to add a "Continuities" tab to this thing. It seems out of the scope of "Index of Authors", but like authors and continuities and such should probably be on a single spreadsheet so it's not too distributed, so I just added it as a new tab at the bottom. (I guess I could move it, but like I said, seems like they should go together so instead I think this thing should probably get retitled.)
There are almost certainly some missing, I think a few of the bits of data are only approximate, I guessed for some of it (hence the question marks), but I think it's better than this thing that hasn't been updated in a while (linked to by the Silmaril index), this thing that it links to and which is very outdated, and this thing that was supposed to help with stuff but seems to serve approximately the same purpose as the mini-notifications thread and hasn't been updated in a while.
I have also added various links to the "explanations" tab (List of glowfic worlds, Terminology thread, EPUB thread, Constellation thread, Constellation, Moiety thread, Daily report thread, Report chatter thread, Glowfic IRC thread, Glowfic IRC (mibbit link)) that should help to centralize this sort of thing for newcomers? If they ever see this thing.
