She does have to deal with some of it; she manages by ignoring everything but the actually-required, sensible-in-context, or personally-convenient bits and basically powering through the stuff that she can't avoid; there isn't much of the latter but the stuff that there is is pretty gross.
I don't think that a Joker would react well to being forced to do what Dany is forced to do
though, it would still be better than a Joker in Westeros proper

I don't remember that well, but it can be generally described as "Restrictive and Cerimonial Cultural Stuff" the most memorable would be eating a raw horse heart and watch their group raiding innocent villages. I am not entirely sure how the Dothkari deal with sex, i think they mention how some Khals (their leaders) share their wives with friends, but it isn't painted as something... voluntary.

I'm reasonably sure that Danerys wasn't shared, but she might have seen it happening and that might not be so Joker-kosher. Semi-voluntary fights to the death among the male portion of the population are a thing, too, and also slave-ownership which canon Danerys handles in a fairly Joker-like fashion as far as her own slaves iirc (they're better off with her than any other option to hand, and treated well) but other peoples' slave-ownership might also not be Joker-kosher. (I'm not sure the average person in that culture has slaves though? I don't remember.)
Is pretty much Dany's canon thing to do as well. Meaning, she's gonna free all the slaves in Essos before moving on to her homeland. Seems like a very Joker thing to do as well.
If a Joker was slotted *directly* into the Dany slot, the easiest place for .. "the other thing" would be her wedding night, and if I'm any kind of judge a Joker would *not* take that as nicely as she did.
On the other hand, a raging Joker-Dany might be interesting to watch, too.
I had been under the impression that Dany's wedding night, and her marriage in general, was a Joker-acceptable level of consensual. That's definitely the route I would go with a Joker Dany, because "sold to barbarian prince, murders the shit out of him within a month" is not quite the direction I'm looking for. XD
