Re: Facecasting
Tried to look for an older, less pretty version of the Thanjen type; first one I landed on was Mark Ruffalo.
Tried to look for a less fashionable version of the Teytis type; first one I landed on was Abigail Spencer.

Re: Facecasting
Abigail Spencer seems to have some of the right attitude. Pending assembling an icon subset, I'll take it.
Mark Ruffalo is a good face but the icon sets either have too distinctive clothing or are Bruce Banner which seems too significant.

Re: Facecasting
I need a facecast for Atennesi Cohen; I can't really think of how to describe his facial expressions so I suppose the only criteria I can offer for now are "male, plausibly Egyptian, preferably with nice cheekbones."

Re: Facecasting
Rami Malek is the only Egyptian actor of whom I'm aware but he has spiffy bone structure.

Re: Facecasting
Good bone structure, completely wrong faces. Atennesi is very...Good Slytherin. And Rami is...not.

Re: Facecasting
Hmm maybe. His features are a little stronger than I was looking for, and he has short hair, but I may have to content myself with that.
Re: Facecasting
Did you already try what I'm trying, which is putting "Egyptian actors" into Google and looking through the list of portraits it calls up for "Actors/Egypt"?

Re: Facecasting
Um. No. Not yet.
Re: Facecasting
That's fine! But you're probably better-prepared to pull what you're looking for out of that list than I am.
