Moiety Colors: Wow

If it's germane, yet doesn't fit into another category, it can go here.

Though I havent glowficced in a while, I'll take grey as my secondary colour, if that's cool.

I will decide a secondary when (maybe if) I get around to writing again, but I expect it will either be in orangespace or blackspace. If Tan is confusing up the spectrum I can pick sooner.

(Also, Throne, the borders were too subtle, IMO. Not useless, but probably not enough.)

I think that this is a mess and we should devise a new scheme from scratch. Backwards compatibility is a quicksand mire.

I like the idea of heraldry / blazon / tiny icons. Here's a me: Image

Alternatively, if we're doing primary/secondary flags: if I could choose my color-pair from scratch, knowing the field of possible colors as it stands now, I'd probably go for something like ██. Given a bit more artistic freedom, I might go for something like ██████.

If I'm fully constrained (standard ██-form flag, primary color unchanged) I guess I'd pick ███ brass (#b5a642) as my secondary.

I am keeping my primary moiety colour, but there's no very good reason that people who really want to change their moiety colour in the shuffle shouldn't be able to do that. If there are people who want to change their moiety colour, though, they should probably all talk about it a bit before anyone makes any firm decisions in case there's anyone who wants to swap.

I don't want to have to come up with an icon. I can't even come up with a favicon for my website.

Colors are also easier to see at a glance than icons are.

I mean, there could be standard icons. Square of your primary color with a border of your secondary, that kind of thing.
