Okay so, I'm pretty sure it's been confirmed that Gravity Falls Effulgence won't happen.
But could Gravity Falls Silmaril be a thing? Obviously there are too many family members for it to export simply, I think Feanor would make a really great Author of the Journals. I think Feanaro and Nolofinwe probably don't come in "twins", especially not with a relationship that starts out vaguely-positive. I talked to skeletontemple about it (she had other relevant stuff to say too but I'm not sure how much to put), and she suggested that Nerdanel could probably be a sort of Fiddleford-Wendy combination. It is fun to imagine Feanor excitedly studying the supernatural things, and alien things, and meeting a cool godlike muse and building an interdimensional portal, and then being very paranoid and sleep deprived!
Gravity Falls's plot is really linked to its own characters' interpersonal problems, but a possible plot might be a visiting Bell befriending a smol!Maedhros, possibly several smol Feanorian children and investigating mysteries, trying to find the journals to figure out what-all is going on? If possible, the Maedhros (or Bell?) could accept/get tricked into a bad deal and wind up possessed?

I'm imagining a far-future humanity-under-the-yeerks story. Humans going to the stars as yeerk hosts. Teenage humans competing for high-status or friendly yeerks. Different breeds of humans from selective breeding programs.

Hello all, long time reader, first post. I don't know if anyone remembers the show, but it was called Revolution. It was about a world where electricity stopped working. The main character was a girl named Charlie, who I thought Bella could replace. Also, the character who was secretly Charlie's dad, is played by Billy Burke.
