Well, when Jane was doing a DNA analysis, she told everyone that Rose and her kids had "spellchecked genes" and none of the wished enchanters/resses had that... How does that work ?
The WAFFLES will submit to this indignity.

I think that was just a coincidence (where coincidence means the author wanted for this to be so)... ?

I think it was mostly because in that case Belle was supposed to be really beautiful? And even though Kristen Stewart's beautiful it's not enough to justify the "Beauty and the Beast" levels of reaction to her beauty.

(Of course I'm just speculating here, but that's what I thought it was.)

That doesn't explain Belle's kids being all-spellchecked and not just half-spellchecked.

The kids have native enchantment ability, which comes with spellchecking. Wishing it on does not change your genes.

In that world, having native enchantment ability (which not everyone has) means your genes are spell-checked (not sure what the direction of causation here is). Belle has it, her children have it, other Bells don't, so Belle and her children's DNAs are spell-checked whereas the other Bells' DNAs are not, even after they wish on a coin for enchantment ability.

Oh, okay, that clarifies. I remember thinking it was some sort of reference to Belle's (the original) fairy ancestry.

For a milestone for that spell, you could do worse than "got an interdimensional girlfriend".
