Do coins need to be touching the outside of your body to work? If you (eg) swallowed a coin, would you then be able to wish on it even if you were deprived of all your other coins?

I was initially thinking of ways to make sure you could wish on a pentagon at any time (and thus make the tarot nightmares not find you), but it also would have been useful for Juliet that one time.

If you have a hex to spend on it, the popular thing seems to be the abstract coin-sorter, rather than a sturdy gut. But if you only have a pentagon, it might be worth working with upgrading the body you have?
