She's an alt of Tialle! Which it totally says on the wiki page but I suppose that could be easy to miss. She is super old and has not yet shown her face in Effulgence and her daemon can switch between two forms because apparently getting a second form for your daemon is a thing it is possible to do.

Wait, for that last part, do you mean she had a one-form daemon and then it acquired a second form? Or did she just not-quite-settle, like somewhere between a Joker and anybody else?
