While no detailed description of his physical appearance shows up in any of the Discworld novels, Pratchett says in the companion work, The Art of Discworld, that he has always imagined Vimes as British actor Pete Postlethwaite. Artist Paul Kidby, who has collaborated with Pratchett on several works, portrays him as resembling Clint Eastwood.

It's okay, Clint Eastwood looks pretty Vimesy in my mind and there are icons of him on Hollow-Art!

I'm not sure if it's going to come up for sure, but I'm looking for a decent facecast for an Erika Lehnsherr. I have a facecast lined up for if I ever want to do a she-Charles, but not a she-Erik. Should look something like Anne Hathaway and/or Eva Magyar.
