...Brilliance in Fairyland, now there's an idea. XDDDDDD

I feel like Brilliance would have the same problem as Secret, but would probably manage to stop himself instead of succumbing to the strong temptation to eat things. He is more jumpy about others trying to control him, even though he also likes food more.

Depends if he'd ever had any. If he hadn't he would have no trouble at all resisting the temptation.

If he had, it’d be harder? I guess that if he had and knows of at least one master, then it either doesn’t matter because he’s already in trouble (with a bad master) or because he can be hand-fed (with a good master). The biggest problems sound like they’d happen with him having tried some fairy food and then not knowing any of his now-masters.
Or did you mean he’d have no problem if he had never eaten anything?

Yes. Brilliance before he has ever eaten food has no idea how much he is going to love food, and therefore if some shady person comes up to him like "hey, try my delicious, delicious candy" he'll be like "........no?"
Although I do wonder how food vassalization interacts with the fact that he's not an organism. I could see him potentially not falling to dart traps because he doesn't absorb things into his largely cosmetic bloodstream. Food itself I imagine would work fine because he does digest things in his own way...

I wonder how the "weapon of mass destruction" deal would interact with several fairyland things.
Sorry for my bad english

If you had an apsel and a mutant telepath/unique green group/some other form of extreme mind powers, could you get rid of a food-based vassalization by making a basement dweller clone, transferring the person into it, and getting rid of the original? Could you torch one away?

...I'm going to say yes and maybe.

That also seems like a possible way to change one’s True Name; is it? I suppose the mind powers alone are enough for that, since Didyme’s True Name was Didyme.

...Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think Aurum and Fairyland have ever interacted.
