My biofamily doesn't do Chinese food for Christmas but does it for New Year's eve, that's another variant.

For the record, my brain has decided that I ought to create an elaborate family tree for Elcenian dragon versions of Edie and Emily.

Took the words right out of my mouth, mouth burglar!

Also, this version of Edie and Emily would have Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch, Polaris and Legion as siblings?

Yes, actually, but thudia half-siblings not all of whom are still alive.
Edit: For timeline reasons this is no longer true.

I just want it known that I previously didn't consider an EdieEmily template blend to be a thing, but now I do and like all things it is Pyth's Fault.

...I find myself curious about what might happen if the Unexpected Part In The Sea continuity Edie and Emily pair met a Lurker instead of a Miles. I'm not sure I should take on another thread right now, though.

That pair is actually a Thing! The Emily does not have a cute nickname but the Edie is (solely out of character) called Fleedie because they are fleeing their home universe (this, too, is Pyth's Fault). So far this is the only instance of it but if you wanted to put them against Lurker (later when you do not have so many other threads to attend to) that could totally happen.

:D

I'm not sure there's actually a lot of plot there, if they're looking to flee? Because 'here, let me find you a nice universe to move to and give you a spell to let you bring everyone else too' would definitely be Portalbold's go-to solution.

That's not necessarily a bad thing, I can probably handle a nice short thread right now. And it'll let me run that 'familiar with Milliways' instance that she's been pestering me to onscreen. :D
