It's basically two different versions of the same pattern, as far as I'm concerned, and they should be compatible. Whether the one comes automatically with the other is up for grabs.

Daeva indestructibility does normally require that your body be contiguous, but I think kortarem should be an exception, it seems special that way.

Does that mean that a statolith couldn't normally be included in bodily indestructibility?

I don't see how that's implied.

They have a free-floating part. But generally eyefluid would be considered contiguous, so I don't think your point holds Lambda?

I'm not sure that the statocyst is filled with fluid, though? (If it is, please imagine a hypothetical demon-invented version that isn't.)

Regardless, if you had a statocyst, damage would not be able to get as far in as the free-floating part; are you actually asking about the case in which someone wants to let someone damage the outside of the statocyst but not the floaty bit?

Some things can skip straight to the inside of the body, and I think fairy powers are one of them.

Not through a daeva. Like, if an angel were pissed off at Cam, she could give him temporary freckles; she could not do anything even that minor to his spleen.

So e.g. a teleporter could not teleport into a daeva's interior even if the daeva contained an unselfed space big enough to hold them?
