She has an excellent face. If I ever do dreamwidth with Suchi (GirlGenius!Suzy from MWF), that's her facecast (only less purple hair).

Thanks so much guys!
I've decided to use kuuskytkolme's idea, Nikolay Molochnij for Ryou. He looks very similar to what I picture Ryou to look like.

Thinking about Exaltedverse Miles has got me on the search for an Asian Miles facecast again.

This is really hard, you guys.

Do any facecast wizards want to help me out?

A minimal Miles facecast has to have a smile that makes you feel personally smiled at when you behold it. Being able to do assorted other flavours of Miles face is good too, but the smile is crucial.

A good Miles facecast has to be able to do both a Miles and a JokerSherlock, and have enough icons or source images available to make all four journals.

A full Miles facecast has to do those and have enough left over for Aaron. Aaron as a template is not very distinctive in facial expressions compared to Miles or JokerSherlock, but he does have to be able to hit the "Sweet And Innocent" note, which usually isn't too much trouble in a facecast who also worked for Miles.

For easy reference regarding the full spread, existing journals:

Sebastian Stan
Miles: thisvorlunatic, first-and-final
Mark: unmarred
Mark (Joker): unmirrored
Mark (Sherlock): unmired
Aaron: last-one-out

Rosario Dawson
Miles: gloriousdawn
Mark: thisbrokenworld
Mark (Joker): callthelight
Mark (Sherlock): teartheshadow
Aaron: not yet implemented

This part is hard to understand, could you elaborate?

When I look at a proper Miles smile, I feel like Miles is smiling at me. This is different from just feeling like I am looking at a picture of a person who is smiling.

With some futher help, I've managed to find a candidate - Osric Chau.

Pros: I've seen him smile correctly in an image or two! And he gets the jawline right - it's not part of the strict qualifications, but that Karl Urban/Sebastian Stan jawline is a big plus in a Miles. Rosario Dawson has a little of it too.

Cons: About one-third of pictures of him make my brain do this really unsettling thing where I stop seeing a face and start seeing an assemblage of facial features in an approximately human shape. It's weird and I can't use any picture that makes my brain do the thing. So trying to assemble several journals of him is likely to be a bit of an ordeal.

Still, that's kind of like progress! It's better than having zero candidates...

Does anybody have any other suggestions?

Huh, it is because of his eyes? IMHO they are rather big for his face.

I am searching facecasting for myself (based on smiles even) and haven't found any possible miles. I found a Choi Siwon that had smile that looked joker-ish to me.

Choi Siwon is pretty great, but he's also a Chainsaw PB already (Dao).
