Am I the only one that doesn't want to lock Terraria NPC's up in a dungeon?
Sorry for my bad english

I have not played Terraria, but based on glowfic I would want to lock them *out* of my house and make sure I could still get to them. They are occasionally helpful, and presumably the guide is more so if you can’t just pull up the wiki whenever you want to know how to build something.

You have to keep them safe, which can be a pretty hard thing to do, which is one reason why glowfic-characters might hate them so much xD

I knew the guide had a habit of living in his house and leaving the door open at night, and assumed the others did too, but I didn’t realize they could actually die from it.

No, I have no quibbles with the NPCs of this game I have not played. I doubt the helpfulness of most previous things describable as "flesh statues".

On a completely different topic, would Charlie be a good person to talk to about an exotic sentient maybe-not-quite-a-Pokémon? On the one hand, he’s a good cop who would know who to talk to; on the other hand he’s not very good with shenanigans and this one would demand a lot of attention for a while.

I suppose it would be complicated by the exotic sentient maybe-not-quite-a-Pokémon in question coming from a culture with more intragroup cooperation than humans; a ranger job really would be better than a cop job.
