I get that this isn’t really measurable, but how much does power strength vary? I assume it does some; it would be weird if all telekinetics could move the exact same amount of stuff or something.

They're basically Gift or Aurum witches-lite. Some are stronger, some are weaker, some are useless, some happen to be functionally identical.
