Re: Questions about Visitor
That kind of makes it difficult to use it as a way to make verified promises, but yeah, I was thinking along similar lines. I think I'm sold. :D Gracewings now have a kind magic.

Re: Questions about Visitor
Nuisance did not like that there was a Queen. She did not want the Queen to capture her, and wasn't too happy about the Queen capturing anyone else either. So she made a nuisance of herself.

Re: Questions about Visitor
If names from a particular culture follow a specific pattern which includes specific syllables (like <firstname> <mother’s name><“sdottir” or “son”>, as in “Thor Odinsdottir”), would any fairy who knows the pattern automatically have everybody who follows that naming pattern? In other words, could a fairy who knew Asguardian naming conventions see Thor and think “She’s somebody’s daughter, so she probably has ‘dottir’ in her name” to acquire Thor?

But if somebody knew Thor and knew that her mother's name was Odin, would *that* do it?

Re: Questions about Visitor
I'm divided on how much information plain speaking conveys about matronymics' structure all by itself. But the information about how they are structured (or just "one's mother's name appears in one's own name") plus Odin's name would get Thor.
