I looked up the most recent admin-related power update and it was not that. If that was a previous one, I don't remember where to find it and neither does Alicorn, so for the purposes of this sandbox there wasn't (but if you can produce a cite for what you're thinking of I would be grateful).

The most recent Admin update was to grant meta-distribution of torching to the peal. That’s what I was thinking of; I just misremembered the power that was granted.

The one before that, if you’re curious, is the re-instantiating of the nuked Toronto.

There was one really good fic about it, but it's definitely not canon and does not apply to the Effulgence versions. (Miles and Gregor could go there, but it would require just the right circumstances, and a major component of that is neither of them having another more obvious/accessible partner fall into their lap.)

Reko and Milo specifically are definitely Effulgence canon. I assume the question and Kappa’s response were about Gregor and Miles?

Also, unrelatedly: I’m rereading the Teah-in-Elcenia sandbox, and I just got to the part where Keo asks the human-part his name, and he responds “Teah”. How much information flow can go from the deity-part to the human-part like that?

Sorry, yes, does not apply to the Effulgence versions of canon i.e. Nexus and Superluminal. (Reko and Milo per se has already happened in Effulgence.)

Information flow between the deity part and the human part: Stray thoughts related to the deity part's thoughts and actions occasionally cross the human part's mind, never in enough detail to be recognizable as anything other than the random bubblings of one's subconscious.
