Splay: "But is this not how you run your government?"

If that was an accurate description and not just Ivan inexactly summarizing, then I’d like to see @theycallthembubblers and Addy. Otherwise it probably wouldn’t be noticeably different than with Maggie.

The mutants in #mutants are not magical, Ivan is inexactly summarizing.
